Ocena donosov trosnjakov nekaterih tržnih vrst gliv na območju Srebotnika v gozdnogospodarski enoti Celje

Abstract
Nabiranje trosnjakov gliv je marsikje pomembna ekosistemska in rekreacijska storitev gozda, ponekod pa celo pomembna gospodarska panoga gozdarstva, ki ob pravih razmerah ponudi znatne tržne vrednosti, ki so pogosto celo višje od vrednosti donosov lesa. V raziskavi smo preučevali donose trosnjakov jesenskega (Boletus edulis) in poletnega gobana (Boletus reticulatus). Raziskovalni objekt je predstavljalo območje hriba Srebotnika v gozdnogospodarski enoti Celje. V letu 2020 smo na 20 začasnih vzorčnih ploskvah (100 m2), ki so bile postavljene v sestoju na silikatni matični podlagi (12 ploskev) in sestoju na apnencu (8 ploskev), popisovali število in maso trosnjakov obeh vrst gobanov. Letni hektarski obrod trosnjakov obeh vrst gobanov je bil v 2020 51,07 kg/ha, obrod pa je bil večji v sestoju na apnencu. Število trosnjakov jesenskega gobana je prevladalo v razmerju 1 : 3,5. Največ trosnjakov jesenskega gobana smo našli v čistih smrekovih sestojih, medtem ko smo poletne gobane našli le v mešanih sestojih z gradnom in/ali pravim kostanjem. Tržno vrednost trosnjakov obeh gobanov smo ocenili na 766 ± 44 €/ha in je bila nižja od ocenjene tržne vrednosti letnega donosa lesa (998 ± 304 €/ha). K temu bi lahko prispevali neugodni vremenski dejavniki, ki so vplivali na manjšo količino obroda trosnjakov gobanov, negovanost sestojev in veliko število rekreacijskih poti v bližini, ter zato povečano aktivnost nabiralcev. Tržna vrednost trosnjakov vseh tržnih vrst gliv, ki potencialno uspevajo v raziskovalnem območju, bi bila ob upoštevanju njihovega potencialnega letnega obroda višja, od tržne vrednosti letnega donosa lesa.

Title:Mushroom yield estimation of selected marketable fungi in the Srebotnik area, forest management unit Celje
Abstract:
Mushroom hunting is in many places an important forest ecosystem and recreational service, sometimes even an important branch of forestry, which may offer significant income if conditions are suitable, often higher than the value of annual wood yield. In the study, we studied the yields of porcini (Boletus edulis) and summer cep (Boletus reticulatus). The research area represented forests on the hill Srebotnik in the forest management unit Celje. In 2020, number and mass of fruitbodies were sampled on 20 temporary sample plots (100 m2), which were placed in stands on silicate (12 plots) and limestone parent material (8 plots). The 2020 annual yield per hectar of fruitbodies of both species was 51,07 kg ha-1, and the yield was higher in the stand on limestone. The number of porcini fruitbodies prevailed with a ratio of 1 : 3.5. Most fruitbodies of porcini were found in pure spruce stands, while summer cep fruitbodies were found only in mixed stands with sessile oak and/or sweet chestnut. The market value of the fruitbodies of both mushrooms was estimated at 766 ± 44 €/ha and was lower than the estimated value of the annual yield of wood (998 ± 304 €/ha). The lower annual yield of mushroom fruitbodies may be a consequence of adverse weather conditions, high intensity of forest management and the large number of recreational trails in the vicinity of sampling plots, and therefore the increased activity of mushroom pickers. The estimated value of potential annual fruitbodies yield of all marketable fungi species that potentially thrive in the research area would be higher than the value of annual yield of wood.
