Abstract
V nalogi smo obravnavali razvoj priključka za kuhinjskega robota, ki omogoča rezanje različnih vrst sadja in zelenjave. Najprej smo opravili kratek pregled osnov gibalnih navojnih zvez in valjastih zobniških dvojic, ki predstavljajo bistvene sestavne dele priključka za kuhinjskega robota. Predstavili smo tudi priporočila za vrednotenje termoplastičnih valjastih zobniških dvojic VDI 2736 in smernice za konstruiranje injekcijsko brizganih izdelkov. V nadaljevanju smo izvedli meritve navora med rezanjem na že obstoječem priključku s podobnim principom delovanja. Rezultate meritev smo nato privzeli za vhodne podatke pri dimenzioniranju komponent. Izvedli smo trdnostno kontrolo navojne gibalne zveze in vrednotenje zobniške dvojice po priporočilu VDI 2736. V skladu s smernicami za konstruiranje injekcijsko brizganih izdelkov smo skonstruirali ohišje priključka. Na delu ohišja smo s programom HyperMesh izvedli topološko optimizacijo postavitve ojačitvenih reber. Končno obliko optimiziranega dela ohišja smo nazadnje še validirali s strukturno analizo po metodi končnih elementov.

Title:Development of an accessory for kitchen machine
Abstract:
In this thesis, we worked on the development of an accessory for a kitchen machine that can cut different types of fruit and vegetables. First, a brief overview of the basics of the lead screw assemblies and spur gears, which are the essential components of the kitchen machine accessory, was carried out. We also presented the VDI 2736 recommendations for the evaluation of thermoplastic spur gears and the guidelines for the design of injection molded products. Next, torque measurements were performed during cutting on an existing accessory with a similar operating principle. The results of the measurements were considered as input data for the dimensioning of the components. A strength calculation of the lead screw assembly and an evaluation of the gear pair according to the VDI 2736 recommendation were carried out. The housing was designed in accordance with the injection molded product design guidelines. On part of the housing, a topology optimization of the reinforcement ribs layout was performed using HyperMesh. Finally, the final shape of the optimized housing part was validated by structural analysis using the finite element method.
