Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava projektiranje jeklene hale, pripravo in 3D tisk makete konstrukcije jeklene hale . V prvem delu je prikazana zasnova in dimenzioniranje konstrukcijskih sistemov jeklene hale, v drugem pa je pripravljen 3D CAD model za 3D tisk makete jeklene hale. Najprej so določeni vplivi lastne in stalne teže ter snega in vetra, ki delujejo na konstrukcijo. Na podlagi določenih obtežb je izveden še statični izračun elementov s programom RSTAB 8, kjer je narejena tudi kontrola nosilnosti prerezov in stabilnosti elementov. Za vsak konstrukcijski sistem, ki je del jeklene hale, je bil pripravljen ravninski računski model. Elementi konstrukcijskih sistemov jeklene hale so natisnjeni v merilu 1:40 in sestavljeni v končno maketo, ki bo uporabljena v pedagoške namene.

Title:3D printing of steel hall model : graduation thesis no.: 430/B-GR
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the design of a steel hall, preparation and 3D print of the steel structure of the hall. The first part shows the design of structural systems of a steel hall, while the second part deals with a 3D CAD scaled model of steel structures of a hall, which is prepared for 3D printing in 1:40 scale. The calculation of self-weight, dead load, snow and wind which act on the structure is shown first. Based on these, the static calculation of the structural systems that consist the hall is performed in RSTAB 8 software, where the verification of the resistance of cross-sections and the stability of members is also performed. The elements of the structure of the hall are printed and assembled into a final model that will be used for pedagogical purposes.
