The end of second world war not only brought peace to people living in the countryside, but it also brought new agricultural machinery. At first people preferred to follow traditional practice in agriculture. They accepted tractor once they saw how much faster and easier work is done with it. To solve the arising problem of not enough qualified personnel they established communities, cooperatives and farming schools. From the beginning those schools lasted for just few months evolving therefore making and leaving a huge mark on cultural area. Prices of agricultural and farming products were changing along with the development. They were getting lower and economic power of the population grew. Political regime of the time (socialism) had a very big impact on the development as well.
