As part of my thesis, I created an online e-commerce website for business-to-business companies offering software or hardware-related services. The thesis describes the process of creating the data model, from designing the logic diagram to the implementation on the backend. The requirements and specifications for such an application were obtained from the client, who also tested the application and provided feedback on an ongoing basis. The application lives in multiple containers and is hosted on the cloud, using Microsoft Azure services. I also use these for other functions such as data security, container image storage. To facilitate the workflow and development of the project, I implemented some Devops systems such as a pipeline for continuous integration and deployment in an infrastructure as code structure.
