Abstract
Naloga vsebuje analizo izbora že obstoječih slikanic Svetlane Makarovič in pristope ilustratorjev v njih. Končni izdelek naloge je maketa slikanice.

Title:Svetlana Makarovič: Človek, ne jezi se! Illustrated Children's Book
Abstract:
The purpose of this Bachelor of Arts thesis is illustrating and designing a children’s picture book. The chosen text is from the opus of Svetlana Makarovič, who has been Slovenia’s most popular children’s author for a number of years. The selected text, titled Človek, ne jezi se! (translated title: Don’t Get Angry, Madame Badger) carries a strong message for children as well as adults. This story has not yet been presented in a picture book format. Because the text is longer than what is common for picture books, it poses an interesting challenge in creating a link between text and illustration. This thesis includes an analysis of a selection of Svetlana Makarovič’s existing picture books and the approaches illustrators used in them. The final product of the thesis is a finished model of the picture book.
