Odprava težave puščanja vode kavnega aparata

V zaključni nalogi je predstavljeno reševanje problema puščanja kavnega aparata. Na začetku so opisane vrste kavnih aparatov in samo delovanje aparata. Predstavljene so teoretične osnove 8D procesa, prav tako sta predstavljeni metodi 5-krat zakaj in brainstorming. Reševanje problema je potekalo po korakih 8D metode, ki so si sledili v logičnem zaporedju. Za vsak korak posebej je predstavljeno kaj se je naredilo. Prikazani so koncepti rešitev ter analiza in izbira najboljšega koncepta sklopnega ventila, s katerim nam je uspelo odpraviti problem puščanja kavnega aparata in zmanjšati izmet v proizvodnji na manj kot 1%.

• Title: Eliminating water leakage problem of the coffee machine

Abstract

The final thesis contains problem solving of leaking of the coffee machine. At the beginning the types of coffee machines and operation of the coffee machine is described. The theoretical basics of 8D method is presented, as well as the basics of methods 5 whys and brainstorming. Problem solving was done by steps of the 8D method, which followed each other in a logical sequence. What was done is presented for each step separately. Solution concepts are shown, as well as the analysis and selection of the best docking element concept, with which we managed to eliminate problem of leaking of the coffee machines and reduce scrab to less than 1%.
