Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo na osnovi analize toplotnih in mehanskih lastnosti najbolj pogosto uporabljenih materialov za izdelavo lahkih panelnih sistemov izdelali lahek panelni sistem z uporabo konopljinega pezdirja. Celoten kompozit je narejen na osnovi konopljinega pezdirja, ki predstavlja skoraj 80 % uporabljenega materiala. Izdelan panelni sistem ima enako sestavo treh slojev kot industrijski. Notranji in izolativni sloj sta izdelana iz konopljinega pezdirja in melamin-urea-formaldehidnega lepila. Zunanji sloj predstavlja WPC plošča, prav tako narejena iz konopljinega pezdirja in polietilena. Konopljinemu panelnemu sistemu smo določevali toplotne in mehanske lastnosti. Ugotovili smo, da izdelani elementi panelnega sistema iz konopljinega pezdirja predstavljajo kompozit z ugodnimi mehanskimi in izolativnimi lastnostmi.

Title:Analysis of heat conductivity of lightweight panel systems
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the thermal and mechanical properties of the most common materials for the production of lightweight panel systems, in this work we have produced a lightweight panel system made of hemp. The whole composite is made on the basis of hemp fibres, which account for almost 80 % of the material used. The manufactured panel system has the same composition of three layers as the industrial one. The inner and insulating layers are made of hemp fibres and melamine-urea-formaldehyde glue. The outer layer is a WPC board made of hemp fibre and polyethylene. We determined the thermal and mechanical properties of the hemp panel system. We found that the manufactured elements of the panel system made of hemp fibres represent a composite material with favorable mechanical and insulating properties.
