Abstract
Diplomsko delo Oblikovanje kolekcije Tehnofolklora raziskuje in združuje slovensko ljudsko nošo s tehnologijo v modi ter sodobnimi tehnološkimi oblačili. V teoretičnem delu sem raziskovala elemente slovenske ljudske noše, njene značilnosti in tekstilne tehnike, ki se na njej pojavljajo, kostumografijo v filmu Dune, tehnologijo v modi in modna oblikovalca Husseina Chalayana in Iris Van Herpen kot predstavnika le-te. V eksperimentalnem delu sem z izhodiščem v slovenski kulturni zapuščini in tehnološko naprednejših oblačilih oblikovala sodobno žensko kolekcijo, v kateri sem uporabila različne tradicionalne tekstilne tehnike. Rezultat diplomskega dela je sodobna trajnostna ženska kolekcija z reinterpretacijo tradicionalnih tehnik in oblik, izhajajočih iz slovenske ljudske noše, ki se združujejo z elementi sodobnih tehnološko naprednih oblačil.

Title:Designing of the collection Tehnofolklora
Abstract:
Diploma thesis Designing of the Collection Tehnofolklora researches and combines Slovenian folk costume with technology in fashion and modern technological garments. In the theoretical part, I researched the elements of Slovenian folk costume, its characteristics and textile techniques that appear in it, costume design in the movie Dune, and technology in fashion and fashion designers Hussein Chalayan and Iris Van Herpen as its representatives. In the experimental part, I designed a modern women's collection with a starting point in Slovenian cultural heritage and technologically advanced garments, in which I used various traditional textile techniques. The result of this thesis is a modern sustainable women's collection with a reinterpretation of traditional techniques and forms derived from Slovenian folk costumes which are combined with elements of modern, technologically advanced clothing.
