Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je prepoznati nevarnosti pri delu s čistili in razkužili v prehrambeni industriji. Nevarnosti sem določila na osnovi varnostnih listov, s pregledom postopkov uporabe teh snovi v organizaciji in s pomočjo spletne aplikacije E-orodje o nevarnih kemičnih snoveh, s katero sem izdelala oceno nevarnosti v podjetju. Na osnovi prepoznanih nevarnostih sem določila ustreznost obstoječih ukrepov za varno in zdravo delovno okolje ter po potrebi dopolnila oziroma dodala ukrepe. Naloga temelji na treh komercialnih izdelkih, ki se kot čistilo in razkužilo uporabljajo v prehrambeni industriji.

Title:Safe use of cleaners in the food industry
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to identify the hazards of working with cleaning agents and disinfectants in the food industry. I identified the hazards on the basis of the safety data sheets, by reviewing the organisation's procedures for the use of these substances and by using the web-based application E-tool on hazardous chemical substances to produce a hazard assessment for the company. Based on the hazards identified, I have determined the adequacy of existing measures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment and, where necessary, supplemented or added measures. The task is based on three commercial products used as cleaners and disinfectants in the food industry.
