The graduation thesis covers the traffic and capacity analysis on the selected intersection in Pivka. It is regarding an intersection that is congested especially during the summer tourist season and is somewhat oddly positioned, which is later confirmed by the traffic analysis. As part of the thesis, a two-day traffic count is carried out, which serves as the basis for obtaining input data for later capacity analysis with Sidra Intersection program. Automatic traffic counters located in the area are also analysed, with the help of which traffic growth in the next 20 years is determined. A capacity analysis of the existing situation is carried out and four variants of solutions to the problem are proposed, which are analysed and evaluated at the very end of the thesis.
