Due to the strengthening of competitiveness, companies must constantly improve their processes to ensure quality and their own cost efficiency. The purpose of the thesis is to sort the products produced by the company by production lines in order to improve production planning. We will do this using the method of clustering and ABC analysis. According to the ABC analysis, we will classify the production lines and products into groups. Then we will compare the results and try to combine them in such a way that the products in the appropriate clusters are sorted by lines. The result of the task is products sorted by line, which will lead to a reduction of dead time in the production process and consequently improve the added value of the products and increase productivity based on the utilization of working resources.
