Abstract
V tehniki uporabljamo različne načine prenosa moči, eden izmed njih je hidravlični. Hidravlično moč lahko pretvarjamo v mehansko translatorno s hidravličnimi valji ali pa rotacijsko z zasučnimi valji in s hidravličnimi motorji. Ti so glede na razmerje med maso in močjo, ki jo prenašajo dokaj kompaktni. To pomeni, da na majhnem volumnu prihaja do visokih napetosti. Zaradi napetosti in gibanja delov lahko pride s časom ali pa ob nepravilni uporabi do velike obrabe. Za učinkovito uporabo v sistemih je potrebno poznati lastnosti rabljenih in novih hidravličnih motorjev. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni glavni predstavniki hidravličnih motorjev in standard po katerem se jih testira. Prikazan je postopek konstruiranja preizkuševališča s predlagano končno izvedbo, izdelana je ocena tveganja in stroškovna analiza izdelave.

Title:Designing test rig for smaller hydraulic motors
Abstract:
In engineering, we use various methods of power transmission, one of which is hydraulics. Hydraulic power can be converted into a mechanical translator with hydraulic cylinders or into a rotary motion with rotary units and hydraulic motors. These are quite compact in terms of the ratio between mass and transmitted power. This means that a high tension occurs on a small volume. Due to the tension and the movement of the parts, a high level of wear can occur over time or with improper use. For effective use in systems, it is necessary to know the characteristics of used and new hydraulic motors. In the thesis the most important representatives of hydraulic motors and the standard according to which they are tested are presented. The set-up of a test bench is presented, a risk assessment and a cost analysis of production are made
