Abstract
S prehodom na električno gnana vozila pridobimo dodatne možnosti za izboljšanje udobnosti med vožnjo. V sklopu projekta Ride blending smo zasnovali mehanski model testnega vozila z električnimi kolesnimi motorji. Pridobili smo vhodne podatke za izdelavo mehanskega modela vozila s programskim orodjem ADAMS. Za namene eksperimentalne validacije mehanskega modela smo zasnovali merilne sisteme za merjenje ključnih parametrov, kot so navpični premik kolesa, vzdolžna hitrost vozila, pospeški vzmetene in nevzmetene mase. Zasnovani merilni sistem smo preizkusili s testno vožnjo vozila po poligonu.

Title:Measurement system for experimental validation of in-wheel electric motor vehicle simulation model
Abstract:
Vehicles with an electric drive system, especially vehicles with direct drive, have new options to improve driving comfort. Under the “Ride Blending” project we made a mechanical model of a prototype vehicle with Elaphe in-wheel motors. We found and measured all needed input data for an ADAMS vehicle model. For experimental validation we needed to design measuring systems for measuring the vertical movement of the wheel, longitudinal vehicle speed and accelerations of sprung and unsprung mass. The design of the measuring system was tested with a test drive.
