Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali energetski sistem podjetja iz papirne industrije, v katerem smo se osredotočili na proizvodnjo tehnološke pare in električne energije za potrebe proizvodnje papirja. Obravnavali smo sistema primarne (toplarna) in vršne kotlovnice (kotlarna), opisali energetske stroje in naprave, ki so elementi v procesu ter analizirali porabo tehnološke pare z namenom določevanja obratovalnih točk obeh energetskih sistemov. Z uporabo programskega okolja IPSEpro in znanih obratovalnih parametrov smo izdelali numerična modela obeh postrojenj ter iz rezultatov opravili analizo energetskih sistemov. Ugotovili smo, da bi v primeru nazivnega obratovanja vršni kotel bil zmožen pokrivati celoletne potrebe podjetja po tehnološki pari. Prav tako smo dokazali, da je pri vrednotenju takšnih energetskih sistemov poleg energijskih tokov ključno upoštevati eksergijske tokove, ki omogočajo koristen vpogled v delazmožnost uporabljene delovne snovi – pare. Koncipirana numerična modela omogočata poljubno spreminjanje tehnoloških parametrov in analizo rezultatov. Simuliranje obratovanja obeh postrojenj se v podjetju lahko uporabi kot koristen vpogled v obnašanje sistema pred praktično implementacijo na realnem primeru.

Title:Production of industrial steam for the technological process in the paper industry
Abstract:
This master thesis discusses the energy system of the company in the paper industry. The focus is on the production of process steam and electricity for the paper production process. We described the properties for the primary (heating plant) and peak (boiler) energy system in detail, defined the machines and devices that form the system, and analysed the consumption of the technological steam to determine the operating points of both energy systems. We setup numerical models for both systems using the IPSEpro software environment with implementation of the known operating parameters. We studied the parameters and the efficiency of both energy systems. We found that in the case of nominal operation, the peak energy system could meet the year-round consumption of industrial steam in the technological process. We have also proven that it is crucial to consider exergy parameters in addition to energy flows and efficiency. Numerical models allow the user to change the operational parameters in the model and analyse the desired parameters. The company can use the numerical model as a useful tool that enables analysis of the system's behaviour before installation and implementation in a real system.
