Abstract

Title:Motivation of employees in the workplace
Abstract:
In today's pace of the labor market and the struggle of maximum capital among competing organizations, only those who know how to take maximum care of the satisfaction and interests of their employees, their education and upgrading of knowledge, the quality and quality of the work environment and for employee motivation, can be leading. The fact is that employees are one of the main factors in the success and achievement of the goals of the organization and at the same time an obstacle on this same path, if they are not satisfied in the workplace, properly educated, informed and of course motivated. Having a quality, appropriate, orderly and motivated work environment also has a strong impact on the private, family sphere of an individual employee. The influences of psychosocial factors also go hand in hand here, which can instantly anchor a negative mark in the private and / or professional life and activities of an individual. However, in most cases, the actual situation is not very commendable, as individual human resources departments do not pay enough attention to it. They still focus on various professional methods of personnel selection, which are by no means suitable for the real picture. Of course, it should not be forgotten that there is an increasing emphasis on the system of education and professional training of employees, which is very commendable, but given the management of human resources, it is still too little. Striving for the best possible functioning of the organization, at the same time means striving for the quality of working life and the environment of employees, to which more and more attention is paid. We are increasingly focusing on actors who influence the higher or lower level of the possibility of satisfying both the material and personal as well as the social needs of employees and the organizational climate of the organization.
