Workplace pressures can lead to negative effects on both the health of the worker and their performance at work. To prevent this, we have a science called ergonomics. Ergonomics is the science that links people and their work, because it is the knowledge that can be used to adapt the work to the worker. We face different pressures in our work environments. The stresses can be psychological, ecological, physiological and working conditions. The thesis includes measurements of lighting, noise and temperature. The physical stresses of the workplace are analysed using the OWAS ergonomic posture analysis. The results are used to describe the possible consequences for the worker's health and to suggest measures that could reduce the workload in the workplace.
