Abstract
Mehanska aksialna gredna tesnila so velikokrat ključni strojni element v sistemu. Zaradi njihove kompleksnosti želimo analizirati njihovo zgradbo in delovanje. V naftni črpalki smo zasledili večjo količino lekaže. V ta namen želimo preveriti vplive na tesnjenje in izmeriti vidno lekažo mehanskega aksialnega grednega tesnila v črpalki. Izdelali smo posebno preizkuševališče za omenjeno tesnilo, ki ga je mogoče uporabiti v dveh izvedbah. S pomočjo izdelanega preizkuševališča smo nato izvedli meritve lekaže mehanskega tesnila ob različnih delovnih pogojih. Po analizi smo ocenili količino vidne lekaže, ki nastane v določenem časovnem obdobju. Rezultati meritev so pokazali vpliv prednapetja meha mehanskega tesnila na tesnjenje in vpliv spreminjanja delovnih parametrov na količino nastale lekaže.

Title:Performance analysis of the mechanical axial shaft seal and the effect of preload on sealing
Abstract:
Mechanical axial shaft seals are often a key mechanical element in a system. Because of their complexity, we want to analyse their structure and function. We have traced a large amount of leakage in an oil pump. For this purpose, we want to check the effects on sealing and measure the visible leakage of the mechanical axial shaft seal in the pump. We have developed a special test bench for this seal, which can be used in two versions. The test bench was then used to measure the mechanical seal under different operating conditions. After the analysis, the amount of visible leakage formed over a period of time was estimated. The results of the measurements showed the influence of preloading of the bellow of the mechanical seal on the sealing performance and the influence of the variation of the operating parameters on the amount of leakage formed.
