Abstract
V diplomskem delu so predstavljene osnove in postopki za konstruiranje večstopenjskega orodja za preoblikovanje pločevine z oznako S500MC. Najprej je opisana simulacija preoblikovanja pločevine, nato sledijo izračuni, potrebni za določitev oblike sestavnih delov preoblikovalnega orodja in tehnološkega procesa izdelave, ki je osnova za izdelavo orodja. Pri konstruiranju orodja je bila pozornost namenjena enostavnemu in hitremu vzdrževanju orodja. Računalniška simulacija procesa preoblikovanja je bila izvedena v programskem okolju AutoForm, orodje pa je bilo konstruirano v CAD-programu CATIA V5.

Title:COMPUTER SIMULATION OF MULTI-STEP SHEET METAL FORMING
Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents the basics and procedures for the construction of multi-stage tools for the formation of metal sheets, which are labelled S500MC. First, a simulation of the formation of the metal sheets is presented, followed by the calculations needed to determine the shapes of the components of the forming tool and to determine the technological process of manufacture, which is the basis for the manufacture of the forming tool. When designing the forming tool, the attention was paid to easy and fast maintenance of said tool. The computer simulation of the forming process was performed in the AutoForm software environment, and the tool was constructed in the CATIA V5 CAD program.
