DELOVANJE PREVOZNIKA Z NAJETIM VOZNIM PARKOM

V diplomski nalogi je obdelana tematika financiranja nakupa voznega parka pri novoustanovljenem podjetju, predvsem iz ekonomskega ter organizacijskega vidika. Proces najema transportnih sredstev je prikazan od začetne faze razmišljanja o opcijah financiranja, pa do same simulacije izvedbe aktivnosti v praksi, kar bi lahko v prihodnosti neposredno pomagalo pri morebitni ustanovitvi podjetja. Naloga ima v kontekstu avtorjevega zanimanja za podjetništvo, izrazito praktično vrednost, tako zanj kot za morebitno zainteresirano javnost.

Abstract

In the dissertation is presented the subject of funding of the fleet by an newly founded company, mainly from the economic and organisational perpsective. The process of renting of transport vehicles is presented from the starting phase of thinking about the funding options, to the simulation of performance in praxis, which could directly help in case of foundation an own company. The dissertation has in the context of authors interest for enterprise, an distinctly practicall value for him and for the possible interested public.
