The article focuses on the importance and usefulness of feedback to future teachers about their oral performance in one of the study subjects. The results of the survey of students of primary teacher education have shown that they find feedback from colleagues and an assistant on their oral performance useful, realistic, accurate, comprehensive and objective. Students learn to receive and give feedback, so in the article the benefits of peer feedback are emphasised. Quality feedback facilitates progress and improves the individual’s spoken performance, which is very important for future teachers.
