Abstract
Zaključno delo obravnava vpliv osnovnih varilnih parametrov na kakovost in videz prekrovnega zvarnega spoja pri postopku elektrouporovnega bradavičnega varjenja 3 mm debelih nerjavnih žic. Za lažje razumevanje so najprej predstavljene osnove elektrouporovnega varjenja s poudarkom na bradavičnem in točkovnem varjenju. Izdelana je bila parametrična analiza uporovnega bradavičnega varjenja, pri kateri smo spreminjali glavne varilne parametre. Pri tem smo uporabili palične bakrene elektrode tipa C0. Izdelane vzorce smo pregledali vizualno in izvedli ročni torzijski preizkus. Ugotovili smo, da je pri elektrouporovnem bradavičnem varjenju žic zelo pomembna pravilna nastavitev osnovnih varilnih parametrov, tako da ujamemo njihovo tehnološko okno, pri čemer je zvarni spoj sprejemljiv trdnostno in tudi vizualno. Za naš primer varjenja 3 mm debelih nerjavnih žic dobimo najprimernejši zvarni spoj s parametri: sila stiskanja elektrod 25 N, jakost varilnega toka 80 kA in čas varjenja 0,117 s.

Title:Resistance projection welding of 3 mm thick stainless steel 304 wires
Abstract:
The final assignment is about influence of basic welding parameters on quality and appearance of projected welding joint at the process of resistance projection welding of 3 mm thick stainless wires. The basics of electrical resistance welding are first presented with emphasis on projection and spot welding. The parametric analysis of resistance projection welding was performed, where we were changing main welding parameters. We used C0 cooper rod electrodes. The samples were visually inspected, and the manual torsion test was performed. We found out, that correct settings of basic welding parameters is very important in resistance projection wire welding, to achieve welds that are acceptable in terms of strenght as well as visually. For our welding example where we use 3 mm thick stainless-steel wires, we achieve the most suitable welded joint with the parameters: electrode compression force 25 N, current welding strenght 80 kA and welding time 0,117 s.
