Abstract
V okviru diplomskega dela smo pridobili osnovne informacije o procesu injekcijskega brizganja, njegovih prednostih, slabostih in zahtevah za pravilno izvedbo procesa. Pridobili smo znanje o mehanskih in fizikalnih lastnostih materiala poliamid 6 (PA6). Pridobili smo tudi osnovno znanje o skrčkih in zvijanju materiala med procesom injekcijskega brizganja in po njem. Za izvedbo procesa brizganja smo ustrezno pripravili material in nabrizgali eksperimentalne izdelke. Kombinacije brizgalnih parametrov smo izbrali tako, da smo lahko čim bolje ocenili vpliv vsakega posameznega parametra. Izvedli smo meritve dimenzij eksperimentalnih izdelkov in dimenzij orodja. Izračunano odstopanje med njimi smo definirali kot skrčke. Velikosti skrčkov se med sabo razlikujejo zaradi vpliva različnih kombinacij brizgalnih parametrov. Vpliv vsakega parametra brizganja nanje smo ugotovili in pojasnili.

Title:Shrinkage analysis of the hinge of a two-part polyamide stand
Abstract:
In the bachelor's thesis we gathered data about the injection molding process, its advantages and disadvantages, and the prerequisites for its proper use. We gathered information about the mechanical and physical properties of the material polyamide 6 (PA6). We also collected data about the shrinkage and warping of materials that occurs between and after the injection molding process. The molding material was prepared according to the manufacturer’s instructions and was then molded into a set of an experimental products. The combinations of injection molding parameters were chosen in such a way that their influence would be easy to determine. The dimensions of each experimental product and the moud used to make it were measured in order to compare them. The difference between the dimensions of the experimental product and the mold used to make it is defined as shrinkage. Different combinations of process parameters gave us a different scale of shrinkages. The influence on shrinkage according to each combination of injection molding parameters was explained
