Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo analizirali delovanje spiralnega kompresorja preko modeliranja spirale ter merjenja njegovih karakteristik. Spiralo smo najprej narisali s pomočjo enačb Arhimedove spirale ter jo nato zmodelirali v 3D-modelirniku, od koder so sledile simulacije. V sklopu meritev karakteristik pa smo postavili merilno progo, s katero smo merili karakteristike med polnjenjem tlačne posode. Ugotovili smo, da je za kvalitetno izdelano spiralo potrebna globlja raziskava, ki upošteva neenakomerno debelino in oblikovanje konice spirale. Pokazali smo, da je spiralni kompresor najbolj učinkovit pri 2500 min-1 s povprečnim izkoristkom 34,1 %. Delovna točka z najvišjim izkoristkom pa je bila pri 2900 min-1 in 5,5 bar.

Title:ANALYSIS OF OILFREE SCROLL COMPRESSOR
Abstract:
This paper analyses the work of oil-free scroll compressor with computer modelling and measuring his common characteristics. First, we drew Archimed spiral using equations from mathematical theory. Then we made a 3D model which is the basis for further simulations. For measuring compressor performance we'd set up a test rig which served us for measuring characteristics while filling a pressure vessel. This paper discusses that more research is needed to make a quality spiral. It includes uneven spiral thickness and modification for spiral tip. The research also discusses that the spiral compressor is the most efficient at 2500 min-1 with average efficiency of 34,1%. Working point with the highest efficiency was recorded at 2900 min-1 and 5,5 bar.
