Abstract
V sklopu diplomske naloge je bila izdelana analiza obremenitev v reduktorju električno gnanega propelerskega potisnega sistema. Na podlagi analize delovanja pogona so bili določeni viri obremenitev, ki so v reduktorju lahko prisotni. Pri tem se je analiza sklicevala na ustrezne certifikacijske dokumente, ki zadevajo načrtovanje zračnih ladij. Pripravljenih je bilo 168 različnih obremenitvenih primerov, izmed katerih so bili izločeni tisti, ki predstavljajo kritično delovanje pogonskega sistema z ozirom na posamezne komponente reduktorja. Rezultati analize so v sklopu naloge predstavljeni na način, ki omogoča enostavno detajlno dimenzioniranje komponent brez poglobljenega poznavanja načina delovanja sistema. V sklopu analize je bilo ugotovljeno, da večinski delež obremenitev reduktorja predstavlja način delovanja jermenskega prenosa kot posledica prednapetja jermena.

Title:Load assumption analysis in a gearbox of electrically powered propulsion system for an Airship
Abstract:
As part of a bachelor’s thesis, load assumption analysis was performed for reduction gearbox of an electrically driven propeller propulsion system. Based on operational parameters, we determined sources of loads. All determinations were made according to relevant certification documents concerning airship design. 168 different load cases were determined, from which those representing the critical operation of the drive system were excluded, with regard to the individual components of the gearbox. The results of the analysis are presented in a way that allows easy detailed sizing of components without in-depth knowledge of how the system works. As part of the analysis, it was discovered that belt system represents the main source of loads, influenced by the required static preload of the timing belts.
