Introduction: Satisfaction is crucial for measuring quality of health care. Expiriences of users help us with further health care. Different things have influence on satisfaction with childbirth; enviroment, healthcare professionals and other individual variables.To make the expirience better it is important to know, which variables influence on it. Purpose: The purpuse of the diploma is to determine qualitative factors, which influence the childbirth experience. To get our data, we used an instrument - halfstructured interview. Methods: We used qualitative method. We invited pregnant women over the social media. We explained the purpose of the research, told them the participation is voluntarily and that we will anonimize the data. Results: 9 woman participated, that gave birth during the years 2018–2021. Three of the women gave birth for the first time, for three this was secound labour and for three third. All woman answered for their last birth experience. With analysis of the interview we got 5 categories: the influence of pain on childbirth, childbirth experience, feelings during labour, the importance of relationship with healthcare workers and first meeting with the newborn. Discussion and conclusion: It was very important for the woman to have their partner present, be able to move during labour, have intimacy and be able to decide about the birthprocedures. All women wanted skin to skin with the newborn right after birth.
