Abstract
Tri hipoteze so bile potrjene in ena ovržena.

Title:Analysis of satisfaction of Slovenian Railway users
Abstract:
This research was about satisfaction and opinions of other users of Slovenian railway. I spent a lot of time on the train and formed my own opinion, so i wanted to check this with others. In my degree i used the survey questionnaire, which showed that more then half of the respondents are satisfied with Slovenian Railways. As part of the analysis showed is that most of people put a lot of worth into comfort, cleanliness and staff. What was suprising to me is that a lot of people are traveling with trains on a trips. The Covid-19 situation made it hard for many people to travel with trains. In my degree i also included the data about COVID situation. During the preparation of the four hypotheses that relate to research were set. When making the analaysis of the results of the questionnaire, the set hypotheses could be testted. Three hypotheses were confirmed and one was not. The first hypothesis confirmed that people are quite satisfied with rail passenger traffic. The findings in the second hypothesis showed that users are satisfied with the comfort of trains. The findings also showed that users are satisfied with the benefits they offer. Overall, COVID-19 did not cause so many problems that expected. The analysis of the results and the findings could come to the Slovenian railways. This could check user satisfaction and check what users are paying attention are missing.
