Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je zasnovati cenovno ugodno napravo za merjenje moči na pogonskih kolesih enoslednih vozil in približati tako orodje fizičnim osebam, klubom in društvom v motošportu, ki velikokrat večjega dela sredstev ne pridobijo od sponzorjev, temveč se financirajo sami. Glavni cilj naloge je, da je na podlagi dela takšno napravo mogoče tudi izdelati. Prvi del naloge razišče in primerja obstoječe rešitve, ki so podlaga za izbiro in izdelavo koncepta naprave. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene fizikalne osnove pretvarjanja moči preko deformacije elastičnih delov in pospeševanja vztrajnostnih mas, izkoristke moči in točnost meritev. V tretjem delu naloge je predstavljena konstrukcijska izvedba, ki vsebuje modeliranje in pripravo tehnične dokumentacije za izdelavo naprave v programu SolidWorks. V zadnjem delu naloge je rešitev analizirana še z ekonomskega vidika z izdelavo stroškovnika, ki upošteva delovne ure, izdelavo sestavnih delov po naročilu in nakup standardnih elementov v malo prodaji.

Title:Cost-optimised device for measuring single-track vehicle driven wheel power
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to design a cost-optimised device for measuring single-track vehicle driven wheel power and bring it closer to individuals, clubs and societies in motorsports, which do not obtain the majority of funds from sponsors, but are self-funded. The main aim of the thesis is to be able to build such a device based on this work. In the first part of the thesis, the existing solutions are researched and compared, which serves as a basis for the choice and design of the concept of the device. In the theoretical part the fundamentals of physics and transmission of power through deformation and acceleration of rotational mass, efficiency and accuracy of measurement are presented. In the third part of the thesis a construction is devised which includes 3D modeling and preparation of technical drawings using CAD software SolidWorks. In the last part of the thesis, the solutions are analysed through the economic aspect with cost calculation of man hours, manufacturing of custom made parts and procurement of readily available parts.
