Abstract
Za konkurenčnost na trgu je potrebno pri izdelavi orodja za preoblikovanje pločevine pokazati veliko tako praktičnega kot teoretičnega znanja. Orodjarne so prisiljene v uvajanje novih tehnologij, da dosežejo karseda konkurenčen in relativno poceni izdelek v primerjavi s konkurenčnimi orodjarnami. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene teorije preoblikovanja pločevine; za tem je temeljito predstavljen postopek izdelave orodja za preoblikovanje pločevine in njegovih najpomembnejših komponent. Predstavljeno je tudi testiranje orodja in poprava le-tega na podlagi pridobljenih vzorcev. V zadnjem delu pa je predstavljena in na realnem primeru izvedena kontrola proizvodnje s pomočjo SPC analize. Ta je prikazana na serijah izdelkov, ki smo jih naredili z orodjem iz tega diplomskega dela.

Title:Design and development of forming tool for stamping of sheet metal contact
Abstract:
To be competitive in the market, it is necessary to show a great deal of practical and theoretical knowledge when creating a sheet metal stamping tool. Toolmaking companies are forced to introduce new technologies to achieve as competitive and relatively inexpensive products as possible compared to competing toolmaking companies. The thesis presents theories for stamping sheet metal, the process of making a tool for stamping sheet metal, and its most important components. Tool testing and tool repair based on initial samples obtained from the tool manufactured is also presented. The last part presents and shows the production control on a real case using SPC analysis. This is shown on a series of products that were made with the tool for stamping sheet metal from this diploma.
