The purpose of the thesis was to test the effects of injection molding speed, holding pressure and curing time in terms of the fastest possible elimination of production downtime due to product defects. We wanted to find out which of the three parameters affects a certain products characteristic and to what extent. Based on the obtained results, we made recommendations for the elimination of congestion as soon as possible. After reviewing the technical documentation, we selected the levels at which we performed the tests and the material ethylene acrylic rubber (AEM). Tests were performed for each parameter at three different levels. We have found that the holding pressure has a greater effect on the pouring of the piece than the injection speed, while the curing time influences the hardness of the product.
