Through the course of history, there has been quite a few outbreaks of infectious diseases. Since there is usually quite some time between them, it is important to refresh our knowledge in preventive measures to limit the infection spread. We developed a game called Outbreak: Office, which aims to inform the player about preventative measures in an interactive way.
During development our aim was to try out every role involved in developing games. We worked as a gameplay designer, an artist, a programmer, a level designer, a sound engineer and a tester. It led into acquiring more experience and knowledge in these fields and helped realize how much work is put into making a game.
