The increasing number of visitors of the information day at the Faculty of
Computer and Information Science in Ljubljana presents more and more
challenges for the organizers. The lecture hall is overcrowded, and students
find it difficult to get the information they want and as a result, they may lose
interest in enrolling to faculty. We did a research on whether the app would
actually be useful and what it should contain. Based on this research, we
make and describe use case diagrams and conceptual data model. We present
the already existing applications that we would integrate into our system
and describe how we would do it. Finally, we list the proposed technologies
that should be used by developers. We also give a final thought on the
implementation of the application plan.
