The Slovenian market has no solutions available for on-line ballots, accessible to small to medium sized organizations (clubs, cooperatives, non-governmental organizations, political parties, etc.). In this thesis we compared existing foreign solutions for on-line ballots and described the development of a novel solution that is simple enough to be both used as well as understood by any individual and configurable enough to serve all the needs on the market. To develop the solution, Docker containers and the Laravel PHP framework were used. Based on feedback from the users the system is appropriate for the needs of the market and is simple to use.
