Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava vpliv tehnoloških parametrov brizganja na mehanske lastnosti materiala in zaskočke iz polipropilena. V vsakem procesu z spreminjanjem vrednosti vhodnih parametrov vplivamo na vrednosti izhodnih veličin. Za ovrednotenje vpliva vhodnih parametrov je bila uporabljena Taguchijeva metoda ortogonalnih matrik. Z nateznim testom epruvet se je dobilo vrednosti modula elastičnosti in napetosti tečenja. Spenjalni test je bil izveden z zaskočkami in spenjalnim elementom, pri tem se je merilo generirano spenjalno silo. Z analizo matrike v programu DesignExpert se je dobilo rezultat, da je vsebnost steklenih vlaken v materialu parameter, ki najbolj vpliva na vrednosti modula elastičnosti, napetosti tečenja in spenjalne sile.

Title:Influence of injection molding technological parameters on the properties of polypropylene snap-fit element
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis discusses the influence of injection molding technological parameters on the polypropylene mechanical properties and snap-fit element properties. In each process, by changing the values of the input parameters, we influence the values of the output quantities. Taguchi method of orthogonal arrays was used to evaluate the influence of parameters. A tensile test was performed to get values of tensile modulus and tensile stress at yield. Values of coupling force were gained with the coupling of snap-fit elements and counter element. Further analysis with software DesignExpert showed that the percentage of glass fiber in the material is a parameter with the most influence on tensile modulus, tensile stress at yield and coupling force.
