The goal for the diploma was to design a semi-automatic heat welding device. The contact holder must be heat welded to the stator package. It was necessary to create a universal tool for the various types of the support. We determined the necessary temperatures and welding and cooling times for each contact support. This work presents the design of a device that meets the technological requirements, while taking care of the ergonomics and safety for the device operator. The device was tested after the assembly and some improvements were analyzed.
