This degree work summarizes the meaning of cooperation Slovenian Judicial Council with the European Networks of Councils fort he Judiciary. The purpose is to introduce as much of the data as possible, of how Slovenia cooperates with the ENCJ. The goal of the degree work is to introduce the two organisations, the ENCJ and the Judicial Council. The purpose is also to introduce their interaction and cooperation as well as to collect the information and to introduce them in a way that shows the meaning of the Slovenian membership in the ENCJ and the Slovenian contribution to the development of the judicial system on the European level. Introduced is the method of compilation questions which ENCJ handles. For example, questions ENCJ are introduced: Independence, Accountability and Quality of the Judiciary 2016/2017 in comparison to 2019/2020, where you can find the answers to the questions, which are introduced with the compilation method. The contents are shown in charts, so there are possibilities to compare the answers to the questions in individual reports. From the reports of the Judicial Council in the years 2017, 2018, and 2019 you can exactly see, who from the Judicial Council, cooperated in the ENCJ projects between 2017 and 2019. By using the analytical method or the analysis of the reports of the Judicial Council in 2017, 2018 and 2019 you can see, that the above members of the Judicial Council have participated in 15 organised events among the 50 organised events and that in 2017, they cooperated in two project groups. in Public, while in 2018 they joined the project group 3. From the reports of the Judicial Council you can see, that the above has given the ENCJ a meaningful number of articles and reports from the field of the constitutional and legal arrangement of the judiciary in Slovenia and the Judicial Council of the Republic of Slovenia as well as the area of the operation of the judiciary and the Judicial Council. In 2017 there were 298 reports, in 2018 there were 13 and in 2019, 16 reports. In the degree work you can find the answers to the research questions. As there are no sources and literature of the above introduction to be found, this degree work will contribute to an easier understanding of the existence and function of the ENCJ and the meaning of the membership for Slovenia.
