Abstract
Za doseganje ustrezne kvalitete jabolk za prodajo oziroma nadaljnjo predelavo je potrebno jabolka ustrezno sortirati. Jabolka se navadno sortira na tračnem transporterju, ta pa ne omogoča dobre preglednosti nad jabolki in vrtenja med transportom. Za izpolnitev teh zahtev moramo tračni transporter zamenjati z rešitvijo, ki bo omogočala boljšo preglednost in vrtenje jabolk med transportom. V nalogi smo prikazali postopek iskanja rešitve za sortirni transporter za jabolka. Izvedli smo pregled tržišča in primerjavo obstoječih rešitev na tržišču. Za transporter smo izdelali konstrukcijski zahtevek. Izdelana je bila morfološka matrika in različni koncepti, ki smo jih ovrednotili. Tekom razvoja naprave smo sledili priporočilom po standardu VDI 2221. V nadaljevanju smo prikazali izbor principa verižnega transporterja in ovrednotenje predlaganih rešitev. Izvedli smo preračune za doseganje podanih zahtev. Predstavili smo 3D model končne rešitve in izdelali tehnično dokumentacijo.

Title:Design engineering of roller sorting conveyor for apples
Abstract:
To achieve the appropriate quality of apples for sale or further processing, it is necessary to sort the apples properly. Apples are usually sorted on a belt conveyor, which does not provide rotation and sufficient visibility of product. To meet these requirements, we need to replace the belt conveyor with a solution that will allow better visibility and rotation of the apples during transport. Diploma thesis presents a design and development process for an apple sorting conveyor. We performed a market review and a comparison of existing solutions on the market. A design request for the conveyor was created. A morphological matrix and various concepts were developed and evaluated. The process of device development was carried out according to the recommendations of VDI 2221. In the thesis we presented the selection of the principle of the chain conveyor and the evaluation of the proposed solutions. We performed calculations to meet given requirements. A 3D model of the final solution and prepared technical documentation is presented.
