Zeta potencial in stabilnost mikroemulzij na področju farmacije

V diplomskem delu sem opisala, kaj je zeta potencial, naštela njegove lastnosti in vplive, ki nanj delujejo. Z računi sem podala načine, s katerimi ga lahko izmerimo in posledično izračunamo, ter kje ga uporabljamo. Nato sem na splošno opisala kaj so mikoemulzije, podala njihove lastnosti in v čem se razlikujejo od emulzij. Naštela sem tudi njihove prednosti in slabosti, opisala njihovo uporabo, ter opisala kako se zeta potencial uporablja za določevanje stabilnosti v farmacevtski industriji.

• Title: Zeta potencial and stability of microemulsions in the field of pharmacy

Abstract

In my bachelor’s thesis, I explained what zeta potential is, described its properties and explained the factors that can have an impact on it. With equations I described methods of how we can measure and calculate zeta potential and added uses of zeta potential. Furthermore, I described the meaning and properties of microemulsions and described differences with emulsions. Moreover, I described their advantages and disadvantages and explained their use and how zeta potential is used to describe the stability of microemulsions in the field of pharmacy.
