Abstract
V zaključni diplomski nalogi se obravnava snovanje in razvoj izdelka za reciklažo bakra. Takšne naprave se v svetu reciklaže kovin uporabljajo že vrsto let, vendar so namenjene masovni uporabi, niso mobilne in so višjega cenovnega razreda. V diplomskem delu je prikazan celoten potek razvoja izdelka, od ideje do končnega produkta. Predstavljeno je, kako smo s pomočjo analize in pregleda konkurenčnih izdelkov poiskali vse pomanjkljivosti oz. težave izdelka. Za tem je sledil opis in pregled zakonodaje, varnostnih predpisov ter predstavitev tehničnega sistema. Z QFD metodo – hišo kakovosti – je predstavljeno, kako določiti najizrazitejše zahteve in potrebe uporabnikov naprave. S pomočjo lastnih izkušenj, znanja in intuitivne metode je prikazan koncept primernih rešitev za posamezne zahteve in potrebe, ki naj jih izdelek izpolnjuje. Poleg tega so opisane še posamezne komponente izdelka. Na koncu dobimo izdelek, ki je sestavljen modularno in s svojo obliko zagotavlja hitro, enostavno ter kompaktno uporabo.

Title:
Design and development of a product for recycling waste conductors
Abstract:
The final diploma thesis deals with the design and development of a product for copper recycling. Such devices have been used in the world of metal recycling for many years, but they are intended for mass use, are not mobile and are of a higher price range. The diploma thesis thus shows the entire course of product development, from the idea to the final product. It is presented how, with the help of analysis and review of competing products, we found all the shortcomings or. product problems. This was followed by a description and review of legislation, safety regulations and a presentation of the technical system. The QFD method – the house of quality – presents how to determine the most desired requirements and needs of users of the device. With the help of our own experience, knowledge and intuitive method, the concept of suitable solutions for individual requirements and needs that the product should meet is presented. In addition, the individual components of the product are described, and in the end we get a product that is composed modularly and with its shape ensures quick, easy and compact use.
