Vpliv hitrosti preoblikovanja na upogibanje pločevine

Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen pregled literature tehnologije upogibanja pločevine. Razloženo je izravnavanje po upogibanju, ki predstavlja največji problem pri doseganju želene oblike izdelka. Predstavljeni so faktorji, ki v največji meri vplivajo na izravnavanje po upogibanju, s poudarkom na vplivu hitrosti pri upogibanju. Prav tako je predstavljeno delovanje ekscentrske stiskalnice in stiskalnice Amsler ter njuna hitrost med upogibanjem. Izvedeni so bili upogibi petih različnih materialov pri dveh različnih hitrostih upogibanja. Uporabili smo naslednje materiale: AW-1050A, AW-5754, DC 01, AISI 304, S355. Primerjali smo kote izravnavanja vsakega materiala pri dveh različnih hitrostih upogibanja. Prav tako smo primerjali različne kote izravnavanja z mehanskimi lastnostmi materiala, ki smo jih dobili z nateznim preizkusom. Ugotovili smo, da se je najmanj izravnal material DC 01 pri višji hitrosti upogibanja, največ pa material AW-1050A, prav tako pri višji hitrosti upogibanja. Ugotovili smo tudi, da se materialom, ki niso aluminijeva zlitina, pri upogibanju na Amslerju kot izravnavanja povečuje z večanjem meje tečenja. Koeficient utrjevanja pa na izravnavanje vpliva obratno, saj se z večanjem koeficienta utrjevanja zmanjšuje kot izravnavanja po upogibanju. Pri določenih analizah, kot je na primer vpliv meje tečenja na izravnavanje po upogibanju na ekscentrski stiskalnici, naši rezultati niso pokazali nobenega trenda, zato pri teh analizah nismo mogli priti do nobenega zaključka.

Title:Effect of forming speed on sheet metal bending
Abstract:
The thesis presents a review of the literature on sheet metal forming process, describing the technology and theory behind it. Elastic springback effect that is causing many problems when we want to achieve desired product shape is explained. Furthermore, factors that are influencing the springback effect are analysed and presented. The main focus is on the bending speed effect on springback. In addition, eccentric press and Amsler press are presented and described. Several different experiments were conducted during this analysis. We tested five materials at two predefined bending speeds. Materials used in the experiments were: AW-1050A, AW-5754, DC01, AISI 304 and S355. After tests were conducted, we compared springback angles between materials at different speed. We found out that material DC01 had the smallest springback effect at higher bending speed and material AW-1050A had the biggest springback effect. Materials with higher yield strength that are not Aluminum alloys are experiencing bigger springback effect (tests were conducted on Amsler press). On the other hand, higher hardening coefficient results in lower springback effect. With some experiments we didn't receive sufficient results, therefore we couldn't get to any conclusion.
