Energetska sanacija kotlovnice stanovanjskega naselja

V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali sanacijo kotlovnice stanovanjskega naselja. Najprej smo naredili pregled stanja kotlovnice in ogrevalnega sistema pred sanacijo. Predstavili smo možne ogrevalne sisteme, ki bi ustrezali zahtevam. S pomočjo pridobljenih ponudb in znanih cen energenta smo prikazali okvirno vračilno dobo naložbe. Izračunali smo toplotne izgube v razvodnem sistemu in količino porabljenega energenta zaradi dejanskih izgub. Na koncu smo preverili razliko med predvidenim in dejanskim energetskim prihrankom.

• Title: Energy refurbishment of boiler room of a residential area

Abstract

In the diploma thesis we discussed the renovation of the boiler room of a residential area. Before we started with the renovation, we first inspected the condition of the boiler room and heating system. Afther that, we presented possible heating systems that would meet the requirements. With the help of obtained offers and known energy prices, we have shown the approximate payback period of the investment. We calculated heat losses in the distribution system and the amount of energy consumed due to actual losses. Finally, we checked the difference between projected and actual energy savings.
