Abstract
Rezultati so pokazali, da različni vprašalniki vključujejo različne nabore naslednjih dimenzij uporabniške izkušnje: pragmatična in hedonična dimenzija, atraktivnost, estetika in čustva.

Title:Evaluating User Experience in Bibliographic Information Systems with Questionnaires.
Abstract:
User experience represents a new area of research that is evolving along with changes in user habits and the emergence of new ways of interacting with systems. It focuses on how people experience and view the system and what emotions arise when interacting with systems. In this work, we analyzed the existing user experience evaluation questionnaires – UEQ, Wammi, VisAWI, AttrakDiff, meCUE and reaction cards – and tested them in a user study of the Digital Library of Slovenia (dLib) to investigate their potential usefulness in determining the user experience when interacting with bibliographic information systems. The results showed that the different questionnaires contained different sets of the following dimentions of user experience: pragmatic and hedonic dimension, attractiveness, aesthetics and emotions. The tested questionnaires also differed in composition, rating scales and presentation of results. The results of the research showed that the participants rated the dLib positively and evaluated it mainly in terms of its pragmatic qualities. The finding of the research help to understand the evaluation of user experience in bibliographic information systems and form the basis for the development of a questionnaire suitable for this type of systems. In order to obtain better results and higher reliability of measurement, it would be necessary to extend the study and support it with other research methods.
