Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljen razvoj robotske celice za kovanje vil, ki bo nadgradila obstoječi obdelovalni proces tako, da bo omogočal popolno avtomatizacijo kovanja vil. V prvem koraku smo predstavili obravnavani tehnološki proces kovanja vil. Proces smo v nadaljevanju razdelili na posamezne tehnološke operacije. Podrobno smo analizirali zahteve, ki nam jih je podal naročnik in smo na podlagi tega izvedli razvojni cikel snovanja robotske celice. Pri snovanju smo izdelali detajlne modele novih naprav, prijemala in celotne robotske celice. Za posamezne naprave smo izvedli analitično analizo njihovih sestavnih elementov in komponent. V nadaljevanju smo izdelali program gibanja robotske roke in izdelali simulacijo premikanja roke v prostoru. Na podlagi simulacije gibanja robotske roke smo določili delovni cikel posameznih operacij in celotni cikel kovanja vil. V zadnjem delu magistrske naloge pa smo izračunali predvideni obseg izdelanih kosov na novem obdelovalnem procesu kovanja vil in ga primerjali z obstoječim procesom ter tako izračunali procentualno povečanje obsega proizvodnje.

Title:Development of robotic cell for pitchfork forging
Abstract:
The master's thesis presents the development of a robotic cell for forging forks, which will upgrade the existing machining process in order to enable the complete automation of forging forks. In the first step, we presented the considered technological process of forging forks. The process was further divided into individual technological operations. We analysed in detail the requirements given to us by the client, furthermore, based on this we carried out the development cycle of a robot cell design. During the design, we made detailed models of new devices, grippers and entire robotic cells. Also, analytical analysis of their constituent elements and components was performed for individual devices. Moreover, we have also created a program for the movement of the robotic arm and made a simulation of the movement of the arm in space. Based on the simulation of the movement of the robotic arm, we determined the working cycle of individual operations and the entire forging cycle of the forks. In the last part of the master's thesis, we calculated the estimated volume of manufactured pieces on the new machining process of forging forks and compared it with the existing process, thus calculating the percentage increase in the volume of production.
