Konserviranje-restavriranje slike Ferdinanda Mayerja Ženski akt

Diplomsko delo obravnava umetnino, sliko na platnu akademskega slikarja Ferdinanda Mayerja, Ženski akt, ki se nahaja v zbirki ALUO (inv. št. ALUO-S-56). V uvodu pojasnjujemo ikonografsko ozadje slike in podajamo podatke o avtorju. Sledi opis stanja slike pred konservatorsko-restavratorskim posegom. Izpostavljamo površinsko umazanijo ter strukturno problematiko nosilca in podokvira. V teoretičnem delu opisujemo problematiko čiščenja modernih oljnih slik na platnu. Praktični del naloge vključuje opis vseh konservatorsko-restavratorskih posegov na umetnini ter argumentacijo teh posegov. Na koncu te posege še kritično ovrednotimo.

Izvleček

This bachelor’s thesis deals with an artwork, a painting on canvas by academic painter Ferdinand Mayer, Female Nude, which belongs to the ALUO collection (inv. nr. ALUO-S-56). In the introduction, we explain the iconographic background of the painting and give information about the author. Further on, we describe the condition of the painting prior to the conservation treatment focusing on surface dirt and the structural issues of the support and the stretcher. In the theoretical part, we describe the issues of cleaning modern oils. The practical part of the thesis includes the description of all conservation treatments and the argumentation of said treatments. Finally, we critically evaluate the treatments that were carried out.
