Abstract
Uvod: Obolenja roke, vratu in/ali ramen so med najpogostejšimi obolenji pisarniških delavcev. Delimo jih na specifične in nespecifične, katere ne moremo diagnosticirati. Za premagovanje obolenj se danes vse pogosteje uporabljajo intervencije, kot so telesna dejavnost, ergonomska prilagoditev delovnega mesta in digitalne tehnologije. Domnevamo, da so obolenja povezana s časom sedenja, ki ga oseba preživi na svojem delovnem mestu. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je opisati mišično-skeletna obolenja, ki se pojavljajo pri pisarniških delavcih, in prikazati, kako so ta povezana s časom sedenja v delovnem dnevu. Metode dela: Izbran je bil kvantitativni raziskovalni pristop. Udeleženci raziskave so bili zaposleni, ki so izvajali pretežno delo za računalnikom. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili vprašalnik o sedentarnem vedenju in Maastrichtski vprašalnik za zgornji ud. Rezultati: Preiskovanci so navajali, da večino obolenj občutijo v vratu, desnem ramenu in zapestju, najmanj pa v komolcu in podlahti. Najpomembnejša in najpogostejša dejavnika tveganja za nastanek mišično-skeletnih obolenj sta nadzor telesa med upravljanjem dela in delovno okolje, kjer prihaja do strmenja v računalniški zaslon. Poskušali smo ugotoviti povezavo med prisotnostjo obolenj, zdravstvenimi težavami ob koncu delovnika in urami časa sedenja v pisarni. Statistično značilna povezanost se je pojavila pri postavki »otečene dlani«. Pisarniški delavci v povprečju na dan sede preživijo več kot 8 ur. Starejši preiskovanci (od 36 do 65 let) so v celoti navajali več občutenja bolečine kot mlajši, kar je lahko zaskrbljujoč podatek. Razprava in zaključek: Obolenja se najpogosteje pojavljajo v vratu in ramenih, povezave med prisotnostjo obolenj rok, vratu in/ali ramen ter dolgotrajnim sedenjem za računalnikom nismo odkrili. Izkazala se je povezava med otečenimi dlanmi in urami sedenja za računalnikom. Predvidevamo, da do tega prihaja zaradi prekomerne uporabe tipkovnice. Mnoge raziskave in strokovnjaki predlagajo čimprejšnjo preventivo in zavedanje o pomembnosti upoštevanja ergonomije pri pisarniških delavcih.

Title:Presence of musculoskeletal disorders in office workers : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: Complaints of arm, neck and/or shoulders are one of the most common diseases among office workers and are categorized into specific and unspecific diseases, which cannot be diagnosed. In order to overcome complaints of arm neck and/ or shoulders, various interventions such as physical exercise, ergonomic adjustments in our workplace and digital technologies are used. It is assumed that the diseases are related to the amount of time sitting in the office. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis is to define the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in office workers in conjunction with sitting time. Methods: A quantitative research approach was chosen and the participants were working with computers. To collect data, we used sedentary behaviour questionnaire and Maastericht upper extremity questionnaire. Results: Participants answered that most of the pain was felt in the neck, right shoulder and wrist, but not in the elbow and forearm. The most important and common risk factors for musculoskeletal disorders are control of the body while working and the work environment itself, where staring into the computer screen occurs. We tried to determine associations between the presence of illness, health problems at the end of the day and hours of time sitting in the office. A statistically significant correlation was found in swollen palms. We have concluded that office workers spend an average more than 8 hours a day sitting. Participants older than 36 years reported experiencing more pain than younger participants, which may be worrying. Discussion and conclusion: Our study found no association between complaints of arm, neck and/or shoulder and prolonged sitting was not found, but we did find a correlation between swollen palms and sitting behind a computer. This occurs due to excessive keyboard usage. Therefore, many researches and experts suggest early prevention and awareness of the importance of ergonomics in office workers.
