Abstract
Najprej sem pripravila tBu(PCP)NiCl kompleks z uporabo ustrezne klešče, tega pa sem uporabila v nadaljnjih sintezah zamenjave, kjer sem pripravila tBu(PCP)NiONO2 in tBu(PCP)NiOH kompleksa. Končni tBu(PCP)NiOH kompleks sem preizkusila še pri katalizi Michaelove adicije acetilacetona na nitrostiren. Nastale produkte sem analizirala s 1H in 31P NMR ter IR spektroskopijo.

Title:Preparation of nickel pincer complexes and study of their reactivity
Abstract:
Pincer complexes have been known only since 1976, so they can be considered as relatively new chemical compounds. In recent years, their research has increased considerably, and much attention has been devoted to the study of their reactivity and applicability. In this work, we focused on the preparation of pincer complexes with nickel. First, the tBu(PCP)NiCl complex was prepared using a suitable pincer ligand, which was used for the further synthesis of the tBu(PCP)NiONO2 complex and later the tBu(PCP)NiOH complex. Finally, the tBu(PCP)NiOH complex was tested in the catalysis of the Michael addition of acetylacetone to nitrostyrene. All products were analyzed by 1H and 31P NMR and IR spectroscopy.

Keywords:PCP pincer ligand, nickel pincer complexes, Michael addition, NMR spectroscopy
