In our thesis we are developing a snare drum carrier. We are developing a product from the analytical to the conceptual phase. We base the development of our product on the knowledge we gained during the three years of studies and years of personal experience as a percussion player for Mestna godba Novo mesto. In the development of the product we are focusing primarily on solving the problems of adjustability, its weight and ease of use. In the development we try to discover new possible ways to redesign the classic carrier, where the basic idea and its shape was the same for many years and the changes were mainly present as small improvements or new materials.
