Abstract
Nadalje sledita opis pogojev, v katerih se dela trenutno nahajajo in razčlenitev fizikalnih pojmov (temperatura (T), relativna zračna vlažnost (RV), osvetljenost). Dragocen del diplome predstavljajo rezultati meritev temperature in relativne zračne vlažnosti v sedanjih depojskih prostorih.

Title:The arrangement of the register and a proposal for a suitable storage of the artwork of the art colony Izlake-Zagorje
Abstract:
Izlake-Zagorje art colony is the oldest association of its kind in Slovenia. It was established back in 1964 and hasn’t been interrupted ever since. Its collection is steadily expanding and currently consists of almost a thousand pieces of works of art. This paper deals with the art colony's collection through the eyes of the field of preventive conservation. Firstly, it stresses the importance of documentation, reorganization of the register and required forms (loan agreement forms, salvage priority list). This is followed by the description of the conditions in which the paintings are stored in presently, and an explanation of physical concepts (temperature, relative humidity, illumination). An important part of this paper are also the measurement results of temperature and relative humidity gathered from current storage areas. Finally, there is a proposition of the arrangement of a new storage space based on the knowledge of preventive conservation and the previously acquired measurement results. This proposal consists of recommended storage strategies and microclimate control.
