Abstract
V industriji 4.0 se strmi k temu, da proizvodnja poteka nemoteno s čim manj nenačrtovanimi zastoji. Odkrivane in napovedovanje različnih vrst okvar pri komponentah proizvodnih sistemov je ključnega pomena pri zagotavljanju nemotenega proizvodnega procesa. Naloga se zato osredotoča na obravnavo in analizo obstoječih rešitev zaznavanja in odkrivanja napak, okvar v hidravličnih cilindrih. Te večinoma vključujejo obrabo tesnil in poškodbe na batu, batnici in ohišju cilindra. V začetku naloge so opisane teoretične osnove hidravličnih cilindrov, v nadaljevanju pa smo se osredotočili na poškodbe tesnil in težave, ki so posledica poškodovanih tesnil. V obliki študij primerov so podrobneje predstavljeni že uporabljeni napredni pristopi za zaznavanje notranjega in zunanjega puščanja olja v hidravličnih cilindrih. Po opravljenem pregledu in analizi uporabljenih naprednih pristopov za zaznavanje okvar pri hidravličnih cilindrih je bilo ugotovljeno, da lahko z dokaj veliko natančnostjo napovemo vrsto in lokacijo okvare v hidravličnih cilindrih.

Title:Advanced approaches for detecting changes and failures in hydraulic cylinders
Abstract:
Industry 4.0, strives to ensure that production runs smoothly with as few unplanned downtimes as possible. Detecting and predicting different types of failures in components of production systems is crucial in ensuring a smooth production process. This paper therefore focuses on the treatment and analysis of existing solutions for discovering and detecting failures, faults in hydraulic cylinders. These mostly include seal wear and damage to the piston, piston rod and cylinder housing. At the beginning of the thesis, the theoretical foundations of hydraulic cylinders are described, and in the following we focus on the damage of the seals and the problems resulting from the damaged seals. In the form of case studies, the already used advanced approaches for detecting internal and external oil leakage in hydraulic cylinders are presented in more detail. After reviewing and analyzing the advanced approaches used to detect faults in hydraulic cylinders, it was found that the type and location of faults in hydraulic cylinders can be predicted with considerable accuracy.
