Abstract
V četrtem poglavju so prikazani rezultati projektiranja v programskem okolju ePlan Harness proD 2.9. Pogled na zaključen in realiziran projekt se nadaljuje v petem poglavju, kjer so poudarjene prednosti in slabosti prikazanega načina projektiranja.

Title:THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING AND DOCUMENTATION IN EPLAN HARNESS PROD 2.9 SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENT
Abstract:
A new type of representation of electrical schemes is appearing in the industry. Traditional mechanical engineering methods of 3D modelling are finding their way into the field of electrical engineering. Electrical engineers can model all types of electrical components that a given project may contain in a 3D modelling space. Diploma thesis focuses on the basic methods required for creation of a project inside ePlan Harness proD 2.9 modelling software. The thesis consists of multiple parts. The first chapter describes the machine that inspired the diploma itself and quickly covers mathematical basics of computational geometry, that is a common core in all modelling software. The second chapter is the main part of the thesis. In it all methods for using the ePlan software are described in chronological order, starting with the installation and acquirement of licences. The document continues with the description of creating a part library and the 3D modelling methods themselves and the process of automatically generating project documentation. Ending with the description of an available faster method of work. The last two chapters look back on the outcome of the modelling process and the representation of the originally described project. Rounding up with an assessment of the pros and cons of the discussed method of modelling.
